The Challenge

And/Or was thrilled to meet our co-founder Tanya for the first time, “finally a reliable tech person… and a girl!” But this female-run media studio needed to establish a working network to accommodate their growing design team. And, as a startup studio, they needed a reliable go-to Techretary for office support.

The Solution

The work began with troubleshooting their existing 1Gb network and evolved into careful planning of a successful 10Gb upgrade. With increased speeds, these Brooklyn moguls were able to stream video content and edit projects simultaneously across 12 workstations.

Today

Beyond networking, we have become an integral part of And/Or’s day to day tech operations, assisting with server backups and archiving, Mac setup and upgrades, software licensing, Google user setup, and any other random tech requests in this ever-changing technology landscape.
