The Challenge

Traci Zeller has a beautiful interior design business, and she made several attempts to draft a newsletter that fit her polished and chic sensibility but wasn’t totally happy with the results. She came to us with a need to design a newsletter to match the brand that was easy to update.

The Solution

The simplest solution was Mailchimp. We used Dropbox to share assets and Asana to keep us on task. Using Mailchimp, we quickly put together a spot-on design. We even walked Traci and her communications director through a design tutorial on Google Hangouts, walking through the Mailchimp interface so they felt comfortable to fly solo. And fly they did! They’ve successfully released several newsletters without a hitch!

Today

Valuing our customer’s security as much as we do, we keep Traci posted on the latest in web security for her website tracizeller.com, and offer tech support when needed.
